Reviews

Verified customer reviews that build trust and help you win more work.

Illustration for Reviews

Reviews on Cleann.org work differently than open review platforms: a review only appears on your profile because you sent that customer a review request after completing real work. There is no open door for anonymous posting.

Requests start from a customer in your Customers list or from a job in your workspace — and job-generated requests let you attach the before and after photos yourself, so you control the photos that appear with the review. The review itself isn't a generic star-and-comment box either: customers answer questions written for the detailing industry — what vehicle, boat, or aircraft was worked on, what service was performed, what the goals and results were — plus ratings for quality, professionalism, timeliness, and value.

Every submitted review is then scrutinized through a battery of automated and human checks by Cleann.org before it counts, so the feedback customers compare is real — no bot-written or fake reviews.

The articles in this series cover the workflow in detail, starting with how to send review requests and track engagement.

Accuracy Notes

Audience: Business owners and teams building customer trust

Reviews only appear on your profile because you requested them: every review starts with a review request you sent to a real customer after completed work. That verified feedback becomes the trust signal prospects compare when choosing a detailer.
