Reading a Business Profile

What a profile tells you, and which signals are worth trusting.

Once you've found a few detailers, their profiles are where you compare them. Here's what to look at.

1. Services and service area

A profile lists what the business actually offers and where they work — including whether they're a mobile detailer who comes to you or a shop you visit. If your job or location doesn't fit, you'll know before you reach out.

2. Verified reviews you can actually trust

Reviews on Cleann.org work differently than open review sites: a review only exists because the business requested it from a real customer after completed work, and every submitted review is checked through automated and human verification. No anonymous posting, no bot reviews.

That changes how much a profile's reviews are worth. When you read five stars here, it's from a job that actually happened.

3. Photos of real work

The work photos you see arrive through customer reviews — including before-and-after shots of actual jobs. You're looking at documented work, not a stock gallery.
